BALL MESH CLEANING The bouncing action of balls confined in beveled pockets beneath each screen surface dislodges particles by direct contact. 

These resilient balls also keep the screen surface alive, providing agitation to aid particle stratification and to separate particles that may tend to stick together.                                                                           

BALL MESH CLEANING 각 스크린 표면 아래에 포켓에서 구비된 볼의 탄성활동은 직접적인 망과의 접촉에 의하여 입자의 스크린 막힘[낌현상]을 해소하여 

청결하고 원활한 설별및이송 상태를 유지한다. 이 클리닝 볼은 또한 선별 표면운동을 유지하여, 입자간 층리 와 입자간 들러붙임 현상의 미립자원료를 서로 분리시키고 완벽한 교반을 제공한다.

HIGH EFFICIENCY LONGS REMOVAL WITHOUT PRODUCT LOSS The LNS motion contains no vertical component so long pellets, “toothpicks,” and “jack-straws” remain flat on the screen deck. They do not upend or pass through with the on-spec pellets as is often the case with vibratory screeners. Efficiently removes longs without losing good on-spec pellets with the over-size.
